All customers who make a purchase at Nicole EuroCycle are entitled to receive a member's card, which entitles the holder to a number of special privileges . To receive your member's card, please ask a member of staff for an application form at your local Nicole EuroCycle shop. Once the form has been completed, member's cards can be issued in a matter of minutes (VIP cards take approximately 1 week).

Test Ride Service
With our test ride service you can actually ride the bikes you are interested in to test their performance and comfort. Based on your requirements and cycling experience, our staff can recommend the perfect bike from our extensive selection.
1）Registration
Registrations are accepted from the time the shop opens until 4pm.
As a safety measure, we do not accept registrations when it is raining.
2）Charges
If you purchase a complete bike or frame from Nicole EuroCycle within 3-months of your test ride, the following test ride charges will be refunded in full.

3）Proof of Identity
Please be sure to bring a form of photo identification with you when you attend a test ride (driving license, alien registration certificate, etc). Those under the age of 18 will need to provide the photo identification of a guardian, in addition to their guardian’s signature.
4）Test Ride Bikes
For safety reasons there may be some bikes which customers are unable to test ride. This is dependent upon the customers cycling experience. For further information, please contact our shop staff.
